Ryan Uribe, D.C.

Owner / Clinic Director
Dr. Ryan was an honors student and graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. He attended Cleveland Chiropractic College and graduated cum laude in 2006. He is nationally board certified and has held state licensure in Kansas and New York. He has post graduate certifications in nutrition and acupuncture. Over his course of practice, Dr. Uribe developed a special interest in problems related to the upper neck. This shift in focus allowed him to help numerous patients with complex neurological conditions.

Dr. Ryan lives in Rochester with his wife Aleta, who is the Director of Operations in the Office of Education Abroad at the University of Rochester. They have two rescue dogs, Lola & Lincoln, who are pit mix mutts. Outside of work, Dr. Ryan enjoys numerous outdoor activities and travel. Other than family and work, his biggest passion is following the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Kansas City Chiefs.

Sarah Bowen, DC

Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Sarah provides neuro-structural and low-force care at Upstate Sports & Spine. Her techniques are great for those looking for help with postural correction, chronic pain/illnesses, and overall nervous system health. Her gentle approach doesn’t require and twisting or popping of the spine, so suitable for all patients! She is also the only Advanced Proficiency Rated chiropractor for the Activator Technique in Rochester.

Dr. Sarah graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where chiropractic was founded. Her undergraduate degree is a B.S. in Biology with Chemistry and Psychology from St. John Fisher. You will find her in the office with her little fluffy assistant, Teddy, who is a rescue from her time in Iowa. Outside of work, Dr. Sarah is often out at dog meet-ups, social dance nights, or talking about plants!

Jenn Craig, L.M.T.

Clinic Manager
Jenn is the Clinic Manager of Upstate Sports & Spine. She has a diverse background in healthcare that spans 20 years. Her experience includes support staff and office management in both physical therapy and chiropractic settings. Her clinical training is in massage therapy.

Jenn lives in Rochester with her husband Paul, who is semi-retired. They have one rescue dog, Rue, the Great Dane. Outside of work, she is a certified Personal Trainer at a local gym and a CrossFit athlete enthusiast.
